1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dh777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the dh777 platform accessible at dh777.io and all associated services, products, and systems operated thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers a dh777 account or accesses the dh777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on dh777 for the purpose of accessing gaming and sportsbook services.
• "Platform" means the dh777 website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications through which services are delivered.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player in BDT that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by dh777 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a dh777 account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with dh777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dh777. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, and if you already hold an account, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure by contacting our support team.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a dh777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dh777 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon any suspected breach of this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons are not eligible to hold a dh777 account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of dh777 or its affiliated service providers.
• You must not already hold an existing dh777 account, whether active, suspended, self-excluded, or closed. Players with previously closed accounts must contact support before attempting to re-register.

dh777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and without liability to the applicant. Acceptance of a registration does not waive dh777's right to subsequently verify eligibility and close an account found to be ineligible.

4 Account Management

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one dh777 account at any time. Creating multiple accounts, whether to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. dh777 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel.

You must notify dh777 immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of your account security. dh777 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, provided that dh777 has not been negligent in the handling of your account data.

dh777 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account shows signs of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity;
• The account is linked to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal conduct;
• A self-exclusion request has been made or a court order requires account restriction;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the restriction or closure of the account.

Upon closure of an account for any reason other than a verified breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, less any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

dh777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and domestic bank transfer.

The current minimum deposit is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable limits are displayed within your account cashier and may be updated from time to time. dh777 does not charge platform-level fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside dh777's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and, where applicable, the same mobile number or account number used for the corresponding deposit. This policy exists to protect Players against fraud and to comply with AML obligations. dh777 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, high-value withdrawals, or withdrawals where the source of funds requires verification.

Processing times are as follows, measured from the time a withdrawal request is submitted and all required verification is complete:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operational hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1 to 3 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

dh777 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending verification of the Player's identity, source of funds, or compliance with applicable wagering requirements. dh777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, or circumstances outside dh777's reasonable control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dh777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of opt-in. These Terms set out the general rules applicable to all dh777 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all dh777 promotions:

• Only one promotional offer may be active at any time per account, unless the applicable promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet all specified wagering requirements before they are transferred to your real-money balance and become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard withdrawal processing rules.
• Bonuses have a validity period, stated in the specific promotion terms, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• dh777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after opt-in, any qualifying deposits made in reliance on that promotion will be treated fairly and in accordance with dh777's discretion.
• dh777 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close the accounts of any Players found to be abusing promotion terms, including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or the use of betting strategies designed to minimise risk in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on dh777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the Platform at the time of the bet. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the outcome of that specific wager.

The following general betting rules apply across all dh777 markets and games:

• A bet or wager is considered accepted and binding once confirmed by the dh777 system and a confirmation reference is issued. dh777 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a manifest error in the odds or game parameters.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. dh777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure — including server interruption, disconnection, or software error — dh777 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a fair reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account.
• For sports betting markets, settlement will be based on the official result as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) at the time of settlement. Results subsequently revised due to appeals or disciplinary proceedings will not necessarily lead to re-settlement.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, particularly following significant match events. Bets placed immediately prior to a suspension may be voided if the suspending event renders the odds manifestly incorrect.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dh777 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one dh777 account, whether in your own name or under a false identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI systems, or any other non-human means to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or any multiplayer game format;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement designed to influence the outcome of a sporting event for betting purposes;
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorism, or conduct any other financial crime;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward dh777 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without dh777's prior written consent.

The dh777 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the dh777 platform. Unauthorised use of these identifiers in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dh777 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided thereunder.

Without limiting the foregoing, dh777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant incident.

dh777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. dh777 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but is not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit dh777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

dh777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a dh777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dh777 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the Platform's servers. Access to Player data within dh777's systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis and is subject to internal access controls and audit logging.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and dh777 regarding the outcome of a bet, a payment, or any other Platform matter, the following process applies:
